1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an electronic contract between you and Jarvis. They include our Privacy Policy and may be updated from time to time, with updates effective upon posting to the Jarvis Platform.

2. Scope of Jarvis Platform Services

Jarvis connects customers with vendors. We facilitate transactions but are not a vendor, courier, or party to contracts between users.

3. Additional Terms

Vendors may have separate agreements with Jarvis. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement governs. Vendors may also have their own privacy policies.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create a Jarvis Account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you post. You grant Jarvis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use such content.

6. Permitted Use of Jarvis Platform

You must comply with all applicable laws and use the Platform only for its intended purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Jarvis Platform and content (excluding user content) are owned by Jarvis or its licensors.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for any third-party websites or content linked from the Platform.

9. Availability and Updates

Jarvis may alter, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarvis’s liability is limited to the greater of CDN $100 or the fees paid in the four months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jarvis harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation, then mediation, and if necessary, arbitration.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jarvis regarding use of the Platform.

17. Payment Processing and Pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may not include taxes or delivery fees. Payments can be made by card or, in some cases, cash.

18. Promotional Vouchers, Referral Program, Gift Cards, and Contests
